So I'm desperate enough to be checking out Craigslist for possible interesting job listings (there's been a couple that look good, only problem is they're an hour-or-more drive's away). I clicked on one titled "Medical Office Assistant/Front Desk Clerk," and at first glance it looks like an ordinary job listing, but then...well, just look:
