The spam has gone a little too far!
According to my spam e-mail, "Irritable bowel syndrome is being treated here."
Apparently it's not enough to tell me I can get a larger penis*, or that I can "make her scream." Now my gatstrointestinal tract is their business too? I don't know. I think that's a little too invasive. ;)
* = Actually, making something that's nonexistant suddenly larger might be pretty impressive.
