Name that breed! (Help needed, please!)

Late last night while taking Tofu to his house, I found a puppy on the side of a back road. She was scared, shivering, and soaked to the bone (it rained all day yesterday and last night). She's very tiny and can't be more than a few weeks old by my guess. I, otherwise known as big ol' softy, couldn't leave her out in the cold since she couldn't possibly survive on her own. Even if she could, cars go zooming through there all the time and probably would have hit her.

Anyway, she does not look like a mutt. I'm thinking she appears to be a purebred something, and I'm uploading pictures to see if anyone can offer up theories as to her breed. I'm taking her to the vet in the morning to get her checked out (she's been lethargic and I suspect she's weak from running around all last night), and if I can figure out her breed, I can call around to the local vets' offices and the shelter to see if anyone has reported her missing, or perhaps narrow it down to a list of breeders. I'm going to be hitting up google image search and the like for Golden Retriever, but I think I'm way off the mark. Ok, her snout is far too pointed to be either a lab (which I knew) nor does she appear to be a Golden Retriever as her ears aren't floppy enough. Anyway, here's the pictures:

And, yes, there is a fair chance I may wind up keeping her if there isn't a suitable home for her, but I'm really hoping I can find her real home if she has one.
