WoW: This is driving me up the wall!

There is a boss in World of Warcraft who says, "Come to me, my minions!" as part of one of their abilities/spells. I can hear the voice so clearly in my head and yet I can't attribute anyone to it. It's NOT Arthas (though he does say something similar at some point). The voice is very cartoon villain-ish, higher pitched than Arthas.

I'm pretty sure it's from Cataclysm and I almost want to say it's Maloriak in Blackwing Descent, but the voice doesn't quite match in my head and something tells me I'm just thinking her because of the vial thing.

Googling has been no use. And, yes, it is aggravating me enough to make this post. My life is that sad. :p
